Who We Are

re:Thrive Physical Therapy is an independently owned physical therapy clinic in Blacksburg, VA.

Dr. Harmonie Grace Lee graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Army-Baylor University in 2018. She then served as a physical therapist in the Army in Fairbanks, Alaska for almost 5 years. After separating from the Army, she moved to the New River Valley with her husband and 3 children.

She is board-certified in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy. She holds a certification in pelvic health physical therapy and the McKenzie Method. She is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and a pre- and postnatal coach.

She continues to learn both from courses and her patients and gets better and better as she gains experience. She enjoys working with patients with the most complex, chronic problems because she learns the most from them.

Dr. Lee treats a wide variety of problems. Click here for more information about what we treat. If you have a diagnosis that’s not discussed and you’re not sure if we’re right for you, please send us a message with the contact form on the home page.

We Work For You

I work for you - not insurance. That means I get paid by you - not insurance. If you choose to allow me to help you treat your problem, I’ll work to treat you as efficiently as possible, saving you money and time away from home, work, or school.

You can use your HSA/FSA to pay for your appointments, and I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

You can schedule your evaluation online!

We Treat the Whole Person

Whether you have one area that hurts or many, we will assess and treat your entire body. It may be that your back hurts because one of your ankles is tight and that makes you walk differently. By assessing your whole body, we can comprehensively treat the root cause of your problem so that it never happens again.

To be frank, we are not interested in just making you feel better for a while. We aim to be the last physical therapist that you need.

We Help You Prevent Future Problems

Once your problem is resolved, we encourage you to stay in touch. Once yearly, you’ll come in for a physical which we’ll use to assess your body from head to toe to identify any issues that may cause future injuries.

Additionally, we’ll be available to encourage you to manage your stress, eat nutritious food, get quality sleep, nurture fulfilling relationships, and thrive as much as possible.
